We act for Executors and Administrators in the proving of Wills and winding up of estates, and partners can, and frequently are, appointed to act as professional executors of a client's Will.  Sometimes circumstances dictate that the terms of a Will should be changed after death, usually to save Inheritance Tax, and we are particularly experienced in the preparation of such Deeds of Variation.
